These Terms and Conditions exist for the benefit of golddiggerz.org and its registered trademark Gold Diggers Association, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to terminate the account of any registered user caught in violation of the Terms and Conditions without notice.

The Gold Diggers Association reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time, and you agree to abide by the most recent version of this Terms and Conditions Agreement each time you view and use the website golddiggerz.org, and/or training material. Do not use the business cards, and/or training material if you do not agree to all of these terms and conditions.

The Gold Diggers Association reserves the right to update, modify, add or change these terms and conditions without notice.

ILLEGAL ACTIVITY
The member agrees not to use golddiggerz.org or any of it's linked websites for promotions of any page, newsgroup, email or any distribution method that the Gold Diggers Association, its Internet Service Providers, or otherwise is considered unlawful according to any controlling legal authority. This includes, but is not limited to, pornography, computer viruses, prostitution, obscenity or Spam.

THIRD-PARTY
Gold Diggers Association will in no way be liable for the actions of third parties that may in any way cause members harm.

TERMINATION
The registration and/or Membership of any Gold Diggers Association user can be terminated at anytime by Gold Diggers Association without giving any reason. Registered Users can cancel their account anytime directly from their Personal Options pages on the website.

PAYMENT PROCESSOR
KineticGold Rewards and Profit Sharing is paid through the KineticGold account and its related Debit card. KineticGold Rewards and Profit Sharing is part of the Gold Diggers Association or it's responsibility.

ETHICS
Any Registered Gold Diggers Association user acting in an unethical or unprofessional manner may be terminated with all future KineticGold Profit Sharing and Rewards forfeited. Any accrued Profit Sharing or Rewards earned prior to termination will be available for the usage of the User.

CANCELLATION/TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP
Any Registered User that is canceled/terminated by Gold Diggers Association will loose all benefits associated withthe Gold Diggers Association and any sponsored organization be reassigned golddiggerz. The member will be allow to termination membership to the Gold Diggers Association, however such termination will impact future Rewards and Profit-Sharing under the KineticGold system.

RELATIONSHIP OF PARTIES
While the parties shall work hand-in-hand for the benefit of both, the parties acknowledge and agree that the Registered User shall, from a legal perspective, act as an independent contractor and is not an employee of the Gold Diggers Association. Nothing in this Agreement or these Terms and Conditions shall create a partnership, joint venture, agency, or franchise between the parties in the legal sense of these terms. The Registered Use has no authority to sign any document in behalf of the Gold Diggers Association.

DISPUTES
Agreements shall be interpreted under the the laws of the Nevis.

COLATERIAL
All Gold Diggers Association logos, and graphics contained within golddiggerz.org are copyrighted.

USE
Distribution or copyrighted Gold Diggers Association material is expressly prohibited. Golddiggerz.org provides Registered Users with approved Gold Diggers Association literature for marketing. Any 3rd party or self-created Gold Diggers Association material must be first approved by golddiggerz.org before it may be used.

DAMAGING INTENT
Any Registered User of Gold Diggers Association who engages in chat, email, posting of any material about Gold Diggers Association, or that could be damaging to Gold Diggers Association or golddiggerz.org, may be santioned by the Gold Diggers Association. Depending on seriousness, the Gold Diggers Association may deem it appropriate to take appropriate action.

UCE/UBE or SPAM
Golddiggerz.org strictly prohibits the use of SPAM. This enforcement is at the sole discretion of golddiggers.org and for the benefit of all Registered Users. Registered Users proven to be participating in such activities will have their account(s) terminated and they will forfeit any and all current or future Profit Sharing.

CONTACT INFORMATION
It is the responsibility of the Registered User to Keep their personal records up to date at the members area. golddiggerz.org will not be responsible for communication error due to incorrect or out of date contact information. Continued failed attempts to make contact with you may result in the termination of your account.

TAX
You, the Registered User, are responsible for any and all taxes payable in your resident jurisdiction, for any income you receive either from program referrenced or recommended by Gold Diggers Association.

NO WARRANTY
All information, training, etc. is provided “As Is” and without any warranty, express, implied, or otherwise, regarding its accuracy or performance.

NO ASSIGNMENT
Registered Users may not assign or transfer any rights or obligations under this Agreement without the prior written consent of the Gold Diggers Association.

SEVERABILITY
Registered Users and golddiggerz.org agree that if any portion of this agreement is found illegal or unenforceable, that portion shall be severed and the remainder of the agreement shall be given full force and effect.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY; SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE: INDEMNIFICATION
You agree that golddiggerz.org is NOT responsible for the success or failure of your business or your business decisions relating to any information presented by our company or our companies produces and/or services.

ACCURATENESS OF INFORMATION
Golddiggerz.org makes no representations as to the accurateness or reliability of any advertising message or marketing tool offered through any referral, outside company or on this site. While we believe the people/companies we work with to be honest and ethical, we recommend you do your own due diligence relating to any specific claims or promised made in the marketing message, as it relates to your use and purchase.

CROSS SPONSORING/CROSS RECRUITING
Cross sponsoring, cross recruiting and cross line jumping are prohibited per the company’s terms and conditions and the Participants agreement. “Cross Sponsoring” means a soliciting a Register User or any closely related person or entity into a downline different from the existing downline for the Associate, or a closely related person or entity. “Cross jumping” means an Registered User or any closely related person or entity voluntarily taking a business that is not in the same downline as the one in which the Registered User first was placed. “Closely related person or entity” is any person in the household of the Registered User [e.g. Spouse, Son, Daughter, Parents living in the same household] or any Legal entity which is controlled by the Registered User.

INCOME REPRESENTATION
Marketing Associates shall not make any income representations except those set forth herein or otherwise specifically set forth in official company material. The Gold Diggers Association does not provide ANY income or compensation directly to any of it's Association members. Any income or compensation will be provided directly by the appropriate opportunity or program to the Association Member under it's own terms and conditions.

Gold Diggers Association does not have any influence or control beyond enforcement of terms of the agreements entered on behalf of the Association Members.
